What we collect
- Tool inputs (symptom, ZIP code, system details) are processed to generate your guidance and are not used to identify you.
- A wallet cookie (random ID) tracks your credit balance if you use premium features. It contains no personal information.
- Analytics via Google Analytics with IP anonymization, to understand which tools help.
- Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store card numbers.
Your choices
